A bit more about me
Hi! I'm Meg - a facilitator, coach and keynote speaker with a background in organisational psychology and change management.
Over the past decade, I’ve helped organizations navigate complexity and change — whether that’s rebuilding trust after a reorganization, designing cultures that support honest dialogue, or supporting leaders to engage more authentically with their teams.

What I’ve seen is that meaningful change doesn’t happen through strategy alone — it happens through people. And that means getting curious about what’s underneath the surface: the habits we’ve built, the roles we play, and the stories we carry. When people can see those patterns clearly, new choices open up.
That’s why I take a psychological and systemic approach — helping individuals and organizations get to the root of how they work together, so real, lasting change becomes possible.​

How I got here
and why I do this work.
I’ve always been fascinated by people — how we make decisions, how we shape culture, and how we get in our own way. As a kid, I’d watch a group for ten minutes before jumping into the play, quietly tracking what was going on. That instinct stuck with me — I still find myself reading a room before stepping into it.

I started my career in corporate consulting, working in finance and change management. It was a great foundation, but I was always more curious about what was happening between the lines — the conversations people weren’t having, the dynamics that didn’t show up on the org chart. That curiosity led me into psychology, facilitation, and designing learning experiences that help people talk about the stuff that actually matters.

Over the years, I’ve founded a female health startup, trained in systemic methods like Voice Dialogue and Deep Democracy, and hosted a podcast about breakdown as a gateway to insight. My work lives at the intersection of business, behavior, and culture — helping teams and organizations make progress when things feel unclear, stuck, or sensitive.

Clients often tell me I bring humor and ease to tough topics. I create spaces where people feel safe enough to be real — and where the conversations that need to happen finally can.

Whether I’m helping a company navigate the emotional impact of a reorganization, giving a keynote on wellbeing at work, working with a team that’s lost trust in each other, or supporting a leader to engage more authentically with their team, the thing that gives me the most energy is designing interventions that continue to support my clients, right where they're at.
